Workshops/Treatments
Roy Mulholland, Edinburgh - tel: +44 (0)7803 498 808
As a peripatetic teacher, workshop leader and bodyworker I am available for teaching and therapeutic sessions from my home in Edinburgh, or in any worldwide location which beckons.
Satoro was developed for treating injuries and illnesses. It’s also a helpful modality for practitioners who have work-related problems and find it hard to work on tables or on their knees on a futon. Satoro prevents injuries.
Satoro workshops are available on request (for one-off groups or classes, or special interest groups at dojos, schools or academies). Individual treatments, or continuing professional development sessions for practitioners, are available locally in Edinburgh, Scotland.

From Shiatsu to Satoro
My path to Satoro began with Shiatsu in Italy with Massimo Carlin and my mentor Alessandro Carli. It led me thence to Thailand with Mantak Chia, to California with Michael and Lesley Tierra and from there to many other places including Japan, Portugal and, at the present moment in time, to Edinburgh, Scotland.
Over 30 years' practice have taken me to the world’s best spas and clinics from Thailand (Chiva Som) to Italy (Spa Deus), Brazil (Joao Curvo) and Santa Cruz, California.
To find out more, I encourage you to click 'Satoro' in the site navigation and read my article on Satoro (also my first blog posting), entitled 'Chi Kung: the missing link'?.
