The Energetic Structures of the Bony Prominences
(in work) are aligned in geometric patterns from the bony prominences.
One might compare it to the structures of buildings. The structure of a building; posts and beams and walling regulates the free flow of movement within a building.
The structure creates space. The space is vital to human activity as it creates the working and living areas. Without the structure there are no boundaries to space and become as open and formless as outer space. The Infinite and Universal Sacred Geometry of the universe, The Flower of life Grid, informs the Sacred Geometry of our bodies.
In Shiatsu and other bodywork much attention is quite rightly given over to the soft tissue and the flow of energy within the soft tissue and the meridians of energy and the xue-shu (points) along them. In this practice of laying down the energetic structure within the framework of the bony prominences attention is focused on this vital but neglected subject; the internal personal practice of Misogi and Chi Kung.
The bones transmit sound and energy in a different way to soft tissue. It can be more dynamic than soft tissue with the bony prominences acting as beacons on the hills and mountains of the body.
The bones can also transmit energy internally through the bone marrow.
A precondition to laying out the geometries is to connect with the Tian Man (DU 20)/ Hui Yin (Crown- Perineum) axis, which is like stretching out the uni-cord on which the chakras lie, to play the harmonics of the whole structure.
A body worker will have discovered that Ahshi points are just as likely to be found on the bones as in the soft tissue and can transmit an astonishing amount of pain, from where is a mystery.
“Where did that come from?” one might exclaim.
By way of preparation a conscious effort has to be made to:
Keep hydrated, have a herbal tea or pure water to sip.
relax the eyes, brows and eyebrows, relaxing the eyes relaxes the brain.
waggle and relax the jaw,
shake and drop the shoulders,
tuck in the chin with the Tian Man point uppermost at the top of the head, and
sink the throat energy.
For example in order to fully tone Eh or El the sound has to sink to the base of the throat and by extension to the heart before it can rise to the heavens. Most angelic names end in el. The El has to descend and be grounded before it is able to ascend.
Toning and overtoning resonate the geometries. They help to define and generate the geometries. We are
Creating energetic mandalas inside the body.
For this Sacred Geometry of the body meditation it seems suitable to entone the
Angel of Sacred Sound and Divine Herald, Shamael, who by extension must be
the Angel of Sacred Geometry. He is an aspect of Metatron at the apex of the Tree of Life.
Swallowing saliva – the golden nectar, connects with the energetic matrix at the throat.
The golden nectar acts as an energetic catalyst as it ignites each chakra it passes down..
The smile that activates the energy. I used to imagine putting a Happy Smile sticker on the points but lately I have been using the analogy of snapping on a lighter or tapping on a pilot light.
I happened to catch an interview with a ventriloquist who said that an aspect of the art of ventriloquy was first to completely relax the facial muscles
The Bone Marrow connection. The bone marrow takes on much more significance in Oriental Medicine. Naturally working with the bony structure involves the bone marrow lying inside. The bone marrow functions as an internal circulation underlying that of blood. The blood is made in the bone marrow and the Bible states that the Soul resides in the blood.
Start slowly with stillness and anchor the energy from either the feet, perineum or hara (lower abdomen).
It is accomplished with the breath. The breath will be anchored in the abdomen but its mouth, acting as an energetic sphincter muscle, is the Yin Tang (Third Eye) point. The breath is inhaled and expired through the Yin Tang point, clearing the sinuses. Indeed the Sinus chamber acts as a resonator through which the breath passes. The breath is instigated through the vacuum created in the emptiness of the lungs which then creates 'The Draw'.
'The Draw' cannot be emphasised enough. It is the engine of your prana/chi.
No Draw; no breath, no power.
So there are the two aspects of every circulation;
The Inhalation Draw (energetic sucking) and the
Exhalation; Energetic propulsion.
These reflect the Yin/Yang aspects of the circulation
Avoid forcing the energy. The energy is welcomed and encouraged but not driven.
The Yin Tang is relaxed. I find that fluttering my eyebrows helps to relax it.
Following the Breath with the Needle of Intent. Following the breath is like sewing with a needle. If the thread is not attached to the needle then the needle might carry on sewing having lost the thread. If the inbreath is created by the vacuum in the centre, then the breath must be threaded like a needle at its entry at the Yin Tang point, the Third Eye, at the beginning of the breath in order to be directed by the needle of intent along the geometries that you have chosen.
The same is true on the outbreath, the outbreath is threaded by the needle of intent at the point of the geometry that you have taken it to and then follows the path you have chosen out through the third eye. This circulation might be a small triangle or the whole body but it is all accomplished on an inhalation and exhalation. This is another difference between an active and a passive practice.
In a passive practice the breath is not guided by intent but merely follows the natural rhythm unless the energy has been trained and the geometries laid down in which case the breath might be
'switched on' with little energy spent.
Switching hands from left to right/right to left balances the brain and switches on differing neural paths and telemetries.
The Tongue is an important player.
The Tongue plays an important role in vertical circulations as it acts like the points on a railway track and can switch the energy flow from the Yin Tang circulation to the Tian Man. It is rooted from the throat point. There are a number of contact points on the hard palette which facilitate this.
Also in doing sound work the tongue is most influential in creating the pitch and the volume.
Relaxing and sinking the energy to the base of the throat. For many people their energy is hyper-anxiously jammed at the top of the throat just underneath the chin as if they are being throttled by life.
Active and Passive. An active practice takes a lot of focus and energy. What it does is to train the energy to go in the energy pathways. It trains the energy to be precise. Once the energy has become familiar with a pathway and has laid down a course, like a river bed, then it will flow down that course, and in this case a geometry, with little bidding. Don't feel that you have to engage in an active practice every time. Passively holding the points whilst in a relaxed state can be very rewarding too. Passive is not as precise as Active and the energy might well meander and could lead to a delta style of multiple energy paths rather than a swift strong current.
Ah Almaas explains in his 5th Book 'Beyond Consciousness', The Diamond Heart,
(I paraphrase)
"The collaboration and, ultimately, the synthesis of two kinds of practices -
the Stabilizing meditation and the Analytic practice.
During the stabilizing meditation, you simply be, no concepts, not trying to understand but simply being the consciousness.
During the analytic practice, the practice of enquiry, one uses the discriminating Intelligence to understand reality in all its differentiations. This is our central practice of inquiry into experience.
One needs to do both, back and forth. Each one helps the other.”
Some points just seem to project though to the next aspect of the geometry like forwarding on an email.
It becomes evident when a point is accessed because there will be a feeling of heat and pulsing. Some have said 'cold' as well. But I'm not convinced that this is a healthy sign. Friction does not create cold it creates heat.
Laying out the Primary Axis. A precondition to laying out the geometries is to connect with the Tian Man/ Hui Yin (Crown- Perineum) axis, which is like stretching out the uni-cord on which the chakras lie, to play the harmonics of the whole structure.
The simplest geometry is that between two points but that does not complete a circulation.
A triangle of three points satisfies a circulation and on the third point brings the energy home. Three points with an apex creates a pyramid, two pyramids joined at their base create a star shape.
The simplest girdle; If you have been familiar with meridian stretches, such as the Makaho ect these girdle practices access something different. Once you have done them you might feel,
as I do, that they complete energetically something that you hadn't realized before now was missing.
It has a feel of wrapping things together that had only been casually acquainted and therefore making for a much more cohesive structure,
The answer is structure. Let's begin with the simplest;
The horizontal/ inclined structure;
The Girdles
The Coronal Girdle lies like a skull cap on top of the parietal bone and parietal eminence.
The Brow-Occipital girdle, The Jade Pillow (Small Brain) Circulation ( above the Orbit, eye socket)
The Zygomatic Arch girdle (below the Orbit, eye socket) around the superior nuchal line meeting in the centre at the external occipital protuberance.
The Mandibular-girdle beginning at the mental protuberance of the chin through the angle of the mandible up to the condylar process
The Soul Seat Circulation - Manubrium, first rib, Ta Chui (7th C Vertebra) connection
Clavicular girdle; Soul Seat- Manubrium, clavicles, shoulder points, crest, 7th C
These two circulations can be joined into one double wishbone shape. It might help to look at an anatomical chart or a skeleton to the complex architecture of this structure.
The Back of Heart connection the Heart- T5 Gia Pe
Heart Point- Third rib prominences triangle
Heart Shield; Soul Seat, Heart, sternum , bit, third ribs, clavicles,
The Lao Gong Circulation -joined palms girdle; palm, elbow, shoulder, 7th V, shoulder, elbow, palm reverse
The Whole Body Circulation The Lao Gong – Kidney 1 Whole Body Girdle. This circulation includes the feet.
Despite the fact that I brush the soles of my feet daily and they are included in my Earthing practice my feet feel rather neglected, and I might say, reproachful of all the attention I am giving elsewhere. Once I started the whole body girdle circulation my feet have become energised and happy and actually feel quite different to how they did before.
The natural progression from a triangle is that to a pyramid. Whereas a girdle is horizontal, a Pyramid/tetrahedron introduces the vertical. Horizontally it doesn't matter whether one is energetically a rake or shaped like Michelin man but it does for the vertical. There is a little trick to accomplishing an effective pyramid which is to pull the body energetically from the Tian Man point at the top of the head from the Hui Yin at the Perineum. Drawing the perineum up connects these two points energetically.
Pyramids and Major Triangles
The Yin Tang (Third Eye)- Occipital triangles from the Yin Tang to the bony prominences of
The Mastoid Process along the
Inferior nuchal line
The Superior Nuchal Line; meeting in the centre at the External/Internal Occipital protuberance which bisects the ridge.
The Supreme Nuchal Line
The Prism after joining the Tian Man - Hui Yin axis the geometry might forward on to create a 5 pointed prism shape - like a crystal, with the fifth point at the apex pointing towards the Tian Man point, the heavenly meeting place. If the lines of the prism were softened and rounded they could be described as a figure of eight as a reflection of infinity. Heavens own Infinite Loop!
The Tian Man point, the hundred meeting place, is a secret gateway, an access point , a diaphragm if you will, between heaven and earth. Like the Third Eye and perineum it has the capacity to 'breathe' energetically.
The Tetrahedron; Double Triangle is a regular feature of the Sacred Geometry of the Body. The apex of the triangles face in opposite directions to create four points and represents the balancing of the elements; such as Fire (anterior or upward) and Water (posterior or downwards).
The Celestial Hub Prism
When placed on the Tian Man it creates a pattern called
Sishencong (Du 23) 'Spirit Brightening' or '4 Wisdom'
It helps to imagine one triangle pointing forwards, locating the apex first, one cun from Tian Man , lateral right one cun, lateral left one cun and the posterior last, one cun with the Tian Man at it's centre creating a prism shape.
Tian Chong (Gallbladder 9) The Celestial Hub or Thoroughfare
might suggest a modern-day roundabout that distributes higher spiritual energies to other centres in the body. Locate the right first and then the left.
Feng Fu (Du 16) Wind Spirit Mansion (Window of Heaven) also referred to as
Gui Xue or Gui Lin meaning Ghost point, hole, or forest
which as an access point to the brain communicates with the pineal and pituitary glands.
Shang Xing (DU 23) Upper Star & Tong Tian (Bladder 7) Celestial Connection
Shenting (DU 24) Courtyard of Heaven. This point calms the Spirit. It acts as a portal to the Niwan (Mud ball of the brain) and the central courtyard of the nine palaces of the brain. This palace of the mind is linked to the shen of the heart by the governing vessel.
The Clear Head Triangle. The head is said to be the supreme leader where a human being's spirit concentrates and the brain is the residence of the original spirit.
The External Occipital Protuberance at the centre of the Occipital ridge acts as the apex of a triangle from the back of the head angling down to both acromions at the shoulder points.
Nestling underneath the EOP is Feng Fu (Du 16) called The Palace of the Wind which is an important meeting point of the Yang; Governing, Sea Of Marrow, a Window of Heaven, Sun Si-Miao Ghost points.
The Spirit Pathway Triangle. The 7th Cervical Vertebra acts to anchor the baseline of that triangle from acromion to acromion facing upwards and also as the top line facing downwards to an apex of a shallow triangle at the 4th Thoracic Vertebra. This triangle has at it's spine the 4 superior thoracic vertebrae.
The 7th Cervical Vertebra holds an important station at a critical juncture as it acts as a platform for both the first rib that descends under and the clavicle that ascends over. The 7th CV was called The Great Vertebra by the Chinese. It is like a command centre and could be considered the central point of a posterior prism. It's energy is closely connected to Dozhui (DU 14) which acts as a meeting point of 6 Yang channels of the arms and legs and has the capacity to clear and clarify the Yang channels. It is easily felt by its large spinous process that juts out at the back of the neck. You might notice that it has two short transverse process like little shoulders which can act to send the energy both up and down. Martial artists are familiar with the Gall Bladder point that expedites the energy rapidly down the body on the exertion of strong downward pressure on the point. It acts as an engine as the movement of the 7CV pumps energy and meningeal fluid up the spine to the brain and forms part of the Chi Kung Spinal Cord Rocking sequence.

The Wings of Hermes;
Pterion comes from the Greek Pteron meaning 'wing'. In Greek Mythology Hermes, Messenger of the Gods, flew from wings attached to this H shaped suture at either side of the temples and by winged sandals. This is a clue that there are greater energetic and spiritual abilities to be found at this site than the purely physical. To locate the Wing of Pterion place the heel of the hand on the depression above the zygomatic arch of the temporal bone, so that it pushes back against the eyebrows and the orbital ridge, with the palm of the hand cupping the lateral frontal eminence and the fingers lying over the Superior and Inferior temporal lines. There is a meeting of the centre line of the palm over the line of the suture between the zygomatic process and the frontal process. |The thumb overlies the Greater Wing of Sphenoid.
Hermes Winged sandals
The Calcaneus (Heel) – Malleolli (medial/lateral) ankle bones Triangle.
The heel – ankle bones triangle is an obvious and natural circulation that I suspect acts as an earthing counterbalance to the Pterion triangle above the ears..
Lower Limbs;
The Ischial Triangle;
of the ischial tuberosity of the seat bones – knees – posterior of the calcaneus, heels.
These deep interior energetic pathways are defined by the 8 Extraordinary Vessels, in particular the yin and yang qiao mai (heel channels).
The Principle of Expansion and Reduction
The Sacred Geometry of the body can be assembled, like flat-packing furniture, or the folding or unfolding of a clasp knife, and therefore expanded or reduced which I am terming
Expansion and Reduction.
The head can be tipped forward or backwards;
Tipped forwards connecting the chin to two positions; that of the manubrium and the sternum. Energetically the thyroid to the Soul Seat at the manubrium and secondly to the thymus.
Tipped backwards connecting the Jade Pillow to the throat
Turned Sideways, the chin rests on the crest of the clavicle and the gall bladder meridian.
Lowered diagonally onto the clavicle or collar bone and onto the lung point.
This directly opens up geometrics and energetic pathways like the arms of a compass. This is new for a Chi Kunger as we are familiar with expansion by lengthening the spine and spinal cord and the heavenly-earth axis but possibly not the direct connections afforded by reduction.
Opening the God Mouth: The Jade Pillow takes a little time to master.
The Jade Pillow lies behind the occipital ridge at the base of the skull above C1.
It is called the Small Brain and comprises the cerebellum and medulla oblongata which regulate the functions of respiration and heartbeat. It forms part of the geometry of the crown Tian Man and the Third eye Yin Tang and has 12 pathways right down to the soles of the feet.
The Small Brain is the Yin aspect and the Large Brain is the Yang Aspect.
This is an important gateway.
Partnerwork on opening The God Mouth
It takes the full relaxation of the neck and head by the receiver who might well need some training to do this. The giver is still kneeling and inserts flat fingers underneath the occipital ridge so that the finger becomes like a bar. There should be firm contact so that the Giver can lift the head with the flat fingers. As the Giver's body rocks back the fingers draw the head towards himself. The back of the head should flatten and the chin should tuck in. As the Giver rocks forward the head is brought back into compaction. The Giver rocks forward and the neck is pulled flat again. This is done as many times as is necessary to mobilize the neck. This activates the Jade Pillow and initiates the Cranial pump and the flow of cerebrospinal fluid to the brain.
Some problems that the Giver can experience whilst attempting this is that of lifting the head straight up and not flattening it. Pull the neck as flat as you can along the futon.
When I was in conversation with a Cranial Osteopathic teacher I was told that they have a similar technique but without the understanding that it comes from Chi Kung and that its purpose is to open the Crystal Palace and the Jade Pillow ‘Opening the God Mouth’.
The Wind Pond Points: Gb20
Lie either side of the cervical spine underneath the occipital ridge. Press up as the receiver breathes in. Choosing the right angle: is true as to whether you are applying a needle, fingers or feet.
The giver will become aware that a tsubo or acupuncture point lies like a vase underneath the surface of the skin. The vase is bowl-like that contains a reservoir of energy.
If the G skates over the surface the neck of the tsubo is not accessed and the energy is not moved. The tsubo does not exist in isolation but functions rather more like a drop of water in a stream. The energy of the tsubo flows with the stream of energy. Therefore there is an upstream and a downstream in a flow of meridianal or organic energy. A giver can either increase the flow (stimulation) or slow the flow which is known as (retardation).
Stimulation tonifies and retardation sedates.
Tonification and Sedation.
The angle at which the tsubo is approached determines stimulation or retardation much like putting a stick in a stream. This is true of whether the Giver is applying fingers or needles.
The concept is that the tsubo is entered perpendicularly with the weight over the arms and fingers (through the neck of the tsubo). It is delivered in stillness without the
3 Ss; squidginess, smudginess or squirminess, on an outbreath with the cooperation of the R who receives on an in-breath. The tsubo will then refer and communicate upstream or downstream. The Giver extends his energy through and beyond the tsubo into its multi-dimensional parts. The flow of chi never stops at the tsubo because its energy will continue to flow.
As mentioned in another part of the book Satoro there is an association between the Chi Kung healing traditions (which long preceded CST) and the development of Cranial Sacral Therapy.
Accessing different parts of the brain:
The Little Brain – The Jade Palace. In modern times described as the Salience Network.
The Large Brain -
The Salience Network (SN)--includes the anterior cingulate cortex and anterior insulae which regulates dynamic changes in the other neural networks and coordinates larger scale neural network interactions. Engaging with the Jade Palace engages with our Will and Self-motivation.
I have been doing my Chi Kung practice for over 33 years. When I first began I concentrated on opening up the microcosmic circuit and the macrocosmic circuit, centering in the Hara, and developing abdominal and kidney breathing, which is effectively the Lower Burner/ Lower Dan Tien. In the middle years I began to work more with the heart energy that is the Middle Burner/Dan Tien. In these later years I found myself not working with the microcosmic circuit anymore because I am working at a deeper level, more with the central axis and the chakra energies and latterly with the Upper Burner/Dan Tien.
Cradling the Cranium; Holding the Sea of Marrow.
The Cranial work is always preceded by anchoring the energy first in the feet and Hara. The Governing vessel primary pathway originates in the lower abdomen and emerges from the brain at Bai Hui (Du 20) so warming up the lower burner opens up the whole meridian to the upper burner. Just to feel the warmth of the palms on the abdomen feels very comforting and awakens the energy in the Lao Gong points in the centre of the palms. Often enough I palm upwards to the Solar Plexus and then the Heart, Manubrium also. It is worth repeating that there is an energetic umbilical link between the shen of the heart and the shen of the mind via the governing vessel. This is a gentle, relaxed, passive practice. It's not to be rushed.
Single handed Palming covering the Third Eye (Yin Tang) with one hand and the other hand extended along the line of the occiput at the back so that the Lao Gong points are facing each other.
Though I mention points and cranial landmarks don't be confused, this is a simple practice.
Double handed palming, side by side,
covering the orbit of the eyes with the fingers pointing upwards to the hairline over the frontal eminence, Yangbai GB14 and up to Toulinqi GB 15. The little fingers tend to settle over Shenting (DU24) the Courtyard of Heaven.
When the hands are swivelled horizontally they comfortably cover the eye with the base of the thumb following down from the bridge of the nose with the middle or index finger nestling into the orbital margin over Tongziliao GB1 and the fingertips over that little group of points Shanggaun GB3 in the hollow above the zygomatic arch border and below to Ermen SI 21 and Tinggong SI 19.
Moving the palms side by side up to cup the forehead with the heels of the hands resting on the eyebrows and the middle finger resting on Chengguang BL6. The heels of the hands on the hairline and the fingertips touching the BaiHui (Du 20) and the supporting fingertips in the zone of the 4 Wisdom, Celestial Hub Prism.
The palms now separate to fan out diagonally with the palm covering Touwei ST8 over the H shaped sutures of the Pterion following the contour of the cranium to Chengling GB18. Continuing in that same direction the palms might be moved further to their destination so that the fingers meet over Tian Man (DU20) and the Lao Gong points of the palms settle over Muchuang GB16 and Chengguang BL 6
Palming horizontally either side of the temples over Hermes Wings (Pterion) with the heel of the hand in the hollow of the squamous part of the temporal bone pointing posteriorly with the middle fingers meeting over Qiangjian Du18 and Naokong GB19 over the superior nuchal line.
In conclusion the one palm might be placed over the other to cover the entire occipital region and then re-homed over the abdomen.
It should be stressed that like the heart the head does not like to be hot or over excited and that these connections are to be considered bonding. The Sea of Marrow does not like to be agitated but cradled.
Stating our intent to Spirit – prayer:
I don’t think it’s polite to begin a prayer about yourself and our personal concerns and crisis.
It begins with a greeting –as if greeting an old friend (which is about a close as one might get to Crocodile Dundee’s Me and God be Mates).
We are after all addressing the Divine, both within and without.
It begins with thanks and being in a state of thankfulness.
This in itself helps to bring things back into proportion. As mentioned, the combination of highly charged emotions plus intent rings the heavenly communication cord.
Taking the Lord’s Prayer as a template it begins with “Our Father ..
Hallowed be your name
Thy Kingdom Come
Thy will be done.
We are not mentioned at all and we are not speaking as supplicants
we are there as supporters of the Grand Design.
as an expression of our support for the raising of consciousness on this earth.
More than that we are in that Sacred Space to link and to share love with the Divine.
Now that is a gift to God because it comes out of a grateful heart, unsolicited and without strings.
While we are at it we could also send love to our Mother Gaia, our Higher Selves, Angels and Power Animals.
We are connecting with all that is.
We are standing at the Center of our Medicine Wheel, our Santa Croce, and from this point we may connect with all that is. Our feet are planted on Mother Earth as our footstool but we are
suspended in space as a Conscious Being.
Having established our position and having considered everything
now we might express our concerns to God.
Don’t hold anything back! Have you ever read the Psalms of David and of Solomon and Job?
Prayer is a full on expression of whom we are.
It is about the human condition and there is a lot to say.
That’s why we are here
This is where it’s at.
This is the cutting edge.
Silence; Meditation;
As ever it is in silence that the most work is done.
Let all the hot confluences and juices settle.
Still the mind.
Draw it all back to the Centre.
Concentrate on your breath.
The Yuan Chi: Hidden in the Yin Yang mandala
is the fact that the wave twists into a spiral.
Energy travels in pulses,
between positive and negative like a whip.
The flowing moves of Tai Chi are wave form and generate the power of the whip.
When a giver is giving a treatment the movement pulses up from the earth and up through the spine in a wavelike motion.
Between the crest and the trough there is a mid-point, a neutral point
the Masters describe as the Yuan Chi, the neutral force.
It is like the tiny pause between the outbreath and the inbreath,
between the tidal flows, which is the key, the access point,
the doorway between one state and another.
Meditators and healers look for that neutral space to go inside (to the Source, the Divine).
Yuan Chi is called Original Chi because it is original energy. There is no duality in this Chi.
That neutral space might be described as The Void, Absolute Zero.
The Void is a creative space.
It is absolute consciousness.
The Void is inside and outside everything.
You, are inside and outside the void simultaneously.
You don't have to go anywhere or die to get there.
The void is the vacuum or nothingness between all physical manifestations.
Modern science calls this 'the space between everything',
Zero-Point. They have no way to measure infinity accurately.
There is more of the Void in our own bodies and the universe than there is anything else!
Spirit is not driving us to dissolve this body and to elevate to spirit.
The Yuan Chi resides between the duality of Yin and Yang. The Yin Yang gave birth to the Three Pure Ones (The Three Treasures) which are pictured as three Emperors residing in three palaces. Consider these as three qualities of energies that find their level within the body.
They are called the three Tan Tiens (burners):
universal chi in the top burner, higher self or cosmic chi in the middle and earth chi in the lower.
The Hara resides in the lower Tan Tien.
The Three give rise to the Pentateuch of the Five Elements.
The Five give rise to the Pa Kua, eight trigrams, of
heaven, earth, fire, water, wind, thunder, lake and mountain.
The Divine, the Source is becoming you.
The point is that though we reach out to Heaven and Earth by means of the greater heavenly circuit it is as if through our intent that we invite these forces in. I imagine that I have created a vacuum in the centre and that the Heavenly and Earthly energies are drawn in or one might say invited, and attracted in. As explained in a further chapter the Mystics speak of how the Divine
steps down from Spirit through grosser levels to the material. This is an important difference to the concept of praying to the Divine outside of ourselves. The Divine is invited in and becoming us and we are becoming the Divine.
If we compare ourselves to an electrical appliance, the appliance is only of service when it is plugged in to the mains supply and the electricity surges through the appliance. The lead and plug are our practice. The plugging in, is our intent. The Divine is invited and must be drawn down to our Center in the Hara through the heavenly connecting point (Tian Man). As a further refinement it may be aided by the creation of a vacuum within the person that functions as a suction, as we breath in, allowing the Divine energy to be firmly located in the Hara and the lower burner the Dan Tien.
In other words it's like pouring water into a glass, the water flows to the bottom and fills up to the top. If the connection is only made at the crown an inexperienced person might get heady and buzzy and be more cautious about repeating the experience.
If the Hara is the power connection
the Heart is the love connection.
As humans, as busy as ants about our affairs, we tend to become absorbed in our everyday activities but as meditators and Satoro givers we become aware of a much broader and multidimensional viewpoint. We are a part of the same fabric of life from the smallest molecular structure through to the most gigantic galaxial system.
We live and practice within the Void, Soul Time and Soul Space.
We are looking to repair the rents, the wear and tear of the energetic body of both ourselves and if we are a giver of our receivers.
The Higher Self: the Divine Connection point
It is our conduit to the Source; each one of us comes directly, as a direct experience from the Source. We all have a Higher Self, or an oversoul part of our being. It is a direct connection to the Source that each and every one of us has. We are directly connected to the Source.
The Higher Self is a matrix, a mandala of the human soul, the human soul mandala.
All the Higher Selves are connected as one being, all humans are connected as one being.
We are actually the same being, different aspects of the same being.
It is not committed to one particular religion. this mandala of human souls.
The Higher Self Matrix is like all the love you've every wanted, and it was the kind of love that cures, heals, regenerates. There is a great company of Higher Selves like a spirit grid around the planet where all the Higher Selves are connected.
Closing sacred space.
A common mistake made by people who meditate and work with energy is that after opening Sacred Space they don’t close Sacred Space. As John O'Donohue sais
“The secret and the sacred are sisters”. When the secret is not respected, the sacred vanishes”
It is closed by intent just as it was opened by intent. You might imagine that you are closing a hatch (like on a submarine) or closing a heavy wooden monastery door: above, below and to all the compass points.
This was brought home to me if I might relate what happened to me in Ireland.
I was living out in the Irish countryside with not a neighbour in sight. Consequently we never bothered to shut the curtains. One evening I decided to put the garbage out.
On going out into the night to my amazement there were a row of about 20 dairy cows lining a low wall just outside the kitchen all looking through our kitchen window as if they were at a theatre. We were the entertainment for the night. Why bother with TV?
Not only that but the lit windows acted as a magnet for all the moths and bugs in the neighbourhood. They were all pinging and buzzing against the window.
Now imagine if that was your light and your Sacred Space!
Lets keep a little privacy, please.
Most of my internal Sacred Geometry practice I have conducted from my bed. This results from waking up wide awake at 3 or 5am.
I assume the Alexander position; which is feet flat, knees bent, chin tucked in, head resting on a buckwheat pillow and possibly the crown of the head against the wall (which is cool) and means that the crown is still aligned with heaven. It's a minimum of fuss and personally I can't hold a seated meditation position for very long at all due to an old injury. It means that I can fully relax in the quiet of the night. I am also able to do this during the day.
The night before I have made a mug of herbal tea (Organic India Tulsi Original, holy thistle) which I keep by my bedside and seems to have the right balance for me.
Angelic Energy. In my own practice I do work with angelic energy, in particular entoning the angelic names. To my mind this creates energetic Sacred Geometric mandalas. Some of a secular disposition might struggle with this and to them I would explain it as Archetypal energies, that is universal eternal truths, fundamental sentient energetic matrixes that underpin the visible molecular and atomic structures. After all when scientists are struggling to explain 85% of energy and matter in the universe with such terms as dark matter and cold and warm dark energy it would be of no surprise if the Mystics, as ever, have named it all before, thousands if not tens of thousands years ago!
The Crown point that I had been accustomed to was Bai Hui. However in my practice I discovered that the heavenly access point had shifted to the posterior of Bai Hui to another indentation at the top of the crown called Tian Man (DU 20) that I was alerted to by Dr Sankey.
I believe that this is a significant energetic shift which will be mirrored at a physical level on the earth and could presage a shift in the earth's crust termed a crustal displacement. This might well mirror the Magnetic Polar shift from the Prince of Wales island in 1900 almost a thousand miles, to circa 190 degrees L west of Siberia which I have been following year on year and marked in my diary. The crustal displacement of the North Pole could follow the lead of the Magnetic pole which would bring the cradle of modern civilization in the Mediterranean down into the Sahara but open up the huge length of the Northern coast from the English channel through the Baltic/ Barents/|White/ Kara and Laptev Seas underneath the belly of the Arctic Ocean and the Queen Elizabeth Islands and Newfoundland of Canada into a balmier climate.
I work intuitively, and overtone until the sound envelope has fully extended and opened up all the geometries, at least 4 times. An exhalation, especially in the meat of the practice, can last from 30 seconds up to 2 minutes. The toning is not an external practice but an internal practice that seeks out all the internal geographies and sound landscapes. There is a certain logic to the roll call.
I begin with the salutation;
Om (described more fully in Satoro).
opening the heart and throat energy
one ear closed, other ear closed
both ears closed, clearing with both the higher and lower registered voice).
The Buddha Breath, alternately closing each nostril, clearing the thrusting channels.
Elo ha, Elo him
A declaration of intent and support of the outflow of Divine purpose in this dimension. As mentioned this is not outwith of ourselves, this is a welcoming in and a becoming of the Divine.
Yah Weh Vau Heh
Za ki el – of the violet ray

Dr. Sankey says keep up the good work. You have tapped into an extremely high vibrational field.

The Sacred Geometry of the Human Body
by Roy Mulholland
So there are the two aspects of every circulation;
It has a feel of wrapping things together that had only been casually acquainted and therefore making for a much more cohesive structure,
The answer is structure. Let's begin with the simplest;
The horizontal/ inclined structure;

The Wings of Hermes;
Lower Limbs;
The Ischial Triangle;
of the ischial tuberosity of the seat bones – knees – posterior of the calcaneus, heels.
The head can be tipped forward or backwards;
Silence; Meditation;
I begin with the salutation;

Dr. Sankey says keep up the good work. You have tapped into an extremely high vibrational field.
So there are the two aspects of every circulation;
It has a feel of wrapping things together that had only been casually acquainted and therefore making for a much more cohesive structure,
The answer is structure. Let's begin with the simplest;
The horizontal/ inclined structure;

The Wings of Hermes;
Lower Limbs;
The Ischial Triangle;
of the ischial tuberosity of the seat bones – knees – posterior of the calcaneus, heels.
The head can be tipped forward or backwards;
Silence; Meditation;
I begin with the salutation;

Sha ma el - She ma el

Amen, Amen, Amen and Amen
Dr. Sankey says keep up the good work. You have tapped into an extremely high vibrational field.

The Sacred Geometry of the Human Body
by Roy Mulholland
So there are the two aspects of every circulation;
It has a feel of wrapping things together that had only been casually acquainted and therefore making for a much more cohesive structure,
The answer is structure. Let's begin with the simplest;
The horizontal/ inclined structure;

The Wings of Hermes;
Lower Limbs;
The Ischial Triangle;
of the ischial tuberosity of the seat bones – knees – posterior of the calcaneus, heels.
The head can be tipped forward or backwards;
Silence; Meditation;
I begin with the salutation;
U ri el
Sha ma el - She ma el

Amen, Amen, Amen and Amen
Dr. Sankey says keep up the good work. You have tapped into an extremely high vibrational field.
